WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM THE TIME I ORDER?
On average, we process your order within 1 business day from the time you order. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping all over the US takes between 5 to 7 days including weekends. If there are Postal Delays, it may take additional days for delivery. Please note: Postal delays are completely out of our control.
Shipping is Free all over the US.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information in your email. If for some reason you did not receive order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or tracking information, please send us an email so we can resend those to you at support@balconyvine.com

Other Policies
We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned “delivered” by USPS or UPS. In the case that your order is undelivered, however, is marked as delivered, an investigation will be opened with USPS or UPS depending on the used carrier until a final resolution is made.
(If you refuse a shipment from Balconyvine Shop, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties, and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Balconyvine Shop. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
